I have been in this apartment over 8 years, and I never had any problem with the manager, tenant, and security guard. The first conflict with current manager sending me a warning with complain letter stating my car was making noisy noise, but at the time of complain I did try to explain to her that my car have silencer and it is making less then 91db, and it is legally drivable. But from her statement she told me other tenants are complaining about the noise, and I did requested her to show me proof. “But her response to me was none of your business”. As I have, management company still have a copy of the complaint from the current manager, she did highlighted the contracts of the violations, but again I’m stating that at the time of the complaint I was home before 10pm, and I couldnt look any logical or legal reasons that I’m violating the contract. It seems not just from me but other tenants was complaining about new manager violating the contract, and the examples are listed below: a.New manager husband smoking inside of the parking lot even no smoking was posted on the very visible location, and he did not put it off even in presence of my 6 and 3 year old kids. “ At the contract she mentioned not to disturb other tenants in any way”. b.As stated in the contract manager should post a notice of maintenance in advance but she failed to do so for several times. About in May of 2010, I witnessed one of the tenant’s automotive hitting my car, and the security guard was helping him to park. And at the time I did requested the tenant that hit my car to show me the driver’s license and insurance, and when I did ask the security guard to be the witness. And must irritating situation is when I make complain about security guard nothing receive resolved but worse, and the security guard started telling me with information’s I did shared with new manager, and as I stated before she knows my cell number and apartment number. “I will demand Management Company to investigate who did release my personal information without my permission or I will request the police department to investigate”. This started happen from the date I did made my comment on her untrue accusation and discrimination. I don’t know when she will cease retaliating and discriminating me. Just for the information for several times I did reported to new manager of the security guard was in influence of alcohol with council weapon, and in addition sleeping on the job. But she did not take any action, and security guard continued to do so. I have 3 tenants that smelled alcohol from security mouse, and I have statement from others that security guard mentioned he did deny of seem someone hitting my car because he did not want to receive in to trouble. Some people on here think that brown dwarfs are stars but they arn't. They have no hydrogen to burn. They don't go through fusion either. In fact they are made mostly of molten iron, and when you create iron in ANY star the iron sucks up every the energy from fusion so there is nothing pushing out on gravity so the star collapses and dies. So a brown dwarf can not be a star . And for you people that disagree still, I got my information from astonomers on tv. I didn't read it from wikipedia. And they can't be minimum stars. What I would like to ask is: 1. What if the signature does not match with that on the card? 2. How does the merchant receive his payment? Does he have to submit the receipt to his bank? 3. In cases where there is no physical contact, the merchant asks for the card details like the credit card number, expiry date, etc.(for example, a company asks for these details to be filled in on an envelope and sent through post or in case of e-commerce). How does this work? How does the verification take place? If the information is revealed to everyone, wouldn't it mean that anyone can use the information now that it is public? Recently Scythe (black crowntail my pride and joy <3) has been rather lethargic, often floating still at the surface of the water or in one of his caves. Is this a sign that something is wrong? and when he remains still for pro-longed periods of time he tends to tilt sideways.. worrying.. He still eats like he is starving and he has been blowing up a bubble nest for the past 3 days which i read is an indicator that he is well and glad but....he used to be much more active. He has also stopped responding to the mirror. only flaring at my finger lol. Additional Information Tank : 2 gallon, with caves to hide, live plant Water : 3 day aged water, with conditioned with special betta care water conditioner. 2/3 water change once in 3 days. Diet : 2 different types of betta pellets and the occasional live tubufex worm Temperature : 24-28'c please advice.

I have been looking for a descent 1080/24P HDTV but there seems to be very little information or reviews on these tv's... I want one that will display movies in their native 24FPS format. I've seen how they look and it is soooo smooth that you might as well be looking at the movie through a window... 1988 Toyota Camry with a 1987 engine. It has problems accelerating from a cease and going up hills. It's an automatic transmission; I can feel it strain and eventually go from 2nd gear to 3rd gear. Since I have had it, I've replaced the radiator and throttle position sensor. I had a mechanic replace the belts as they were breaking. The mechanic told me the car felt like it was driving on two cylinders and told me it to look into the TPS when I came to pick it up. I saw the acceleration issue for myself on hte steer home and immediately replaced the TPS, but my car still has these issues. It has recently started getting warmer than usual, and even hit the red Hot mark one day. I checked my oil, trans fluid, and water and over flow valve and everything was fine. I plan on taking it to a mechanic asap, but I don't want to tell them I have no clue what is going on with my car so I receive a bunch of bogus charges. I'm not sure, but I think it might have something to do with air intake control valve or 02 sensor or something. Is there anyway some sort of diagnostic test could be run on the car even though it's really two cars, sewn together, and it's older than I am? Any help and information would be immensely appreciated!

I just had my 4 wisdom teeth pulled, 2 top and 2 bottom. I'm on the third day and I woke up with MAJOR pain like woke me up because it was throbbing and I know not to use more then 2 of the hydrocodone or vicodin. but there has been no up lift to the pain like it's almost unbearable. but should this just be expected or should i go look my dentist ASAP.
